There are no credit card or cash refunds on items ordered.
I do take exchanges on some items.
They must be returned within 5 days after you notify me (which needs to be
within ONE week from the time I ship the item), unworn and in brand new condition for
an equal exchange for the same item to apply.
If you need the item altered, please email me as soon as the item
is received if the fit is not perfect. I DO NOT ALTER, FIX OR REMAKE ANY ITEM AFTER
THIS TIMEFRAME.
There is a $10 charge for any alterations and shipping fees will also apply.
NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR RETURN
AUTHORIZATION VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. They will be returned to sender.
I really enjoy creating for your dogs and hope to do it for a long time
to come. I know you love your toy dog(s) like I love mine and to be able to
give them the best is fun, since they give us so much pleasure and then ask
so little in return (well, except for non stop belly rubs *S*).
I am asking that you measure correctly. If we are careful and take the
time to measure correctly the first time, you will be pleased with your item and
I will be able to keep up with orders that come in everyday. And nothing gives me
more pleasure than knowing that you and your dog like the item from our shop.
